With over thirty years of experience in meditative practice and the study of Buddhist philosophy, I offer guided meditations, group sessions and individual advice and guidance in the practice of meditation and different aspects of the Buddhist philosophy. Thus providing the tools necessary to transform life's challenges into useful and inspiring inspiring insights.

The program is open to all, Buddhist practitioners of different schools,  as well as people who want to integrate different aspects of meditation practice and/or Buddhist philosophy into their lives without having to be a "Buddhist".

Based on my personal experience, the guidance and suppervision follows general Buddhist approaches, which help to increase mindfulness, clarity and understanding in various aspects of life and can therefore be positively integrated into work, relationships and everyday life.

über mich

ABOUT  ME

I was born in Central Asia and moved to Europe when I was fifteen. After graduating from school, I learned traditional German carpentry. At the same time, my years of studying various martial arts led to the encounter with Buddhism. At the age of seventeen, I officially converted and became an active meditation practitioner.

Following the desire to deepen my understanding of Buddhist philosophy and meditation, I joined the community of the Buddhist monastery in France (Kundrol Ling). For the next sixteen years, I took on the monastic ordination and did four traditional retreats of three years, three months, and three days. Thus spending a total of thirteen years in strict isolation.

There I received and practiced the full transmission of the Karma Kagyu School of Tibetan Buddhism. During this time I completed higher studies in Buddhist philosophy and meditation, as well as Tibetan art, culture and language, and eventually guided 3-years retreats myself.

Now I am married and live in Germany, where I am active as a buddhist teacher, coach, author and translator.
